Jiangsu Accounting Vocational College Teaching Competition Management Measures (Revised)

Chapter 1  Total  then

Article 2  SchoolThe Academic Affairs Office is responsible for the overall planning of the teaching competition、Organization、Coordination；Each department is responsible for the specific operation and implementation。

Chapter 2 Competition Definition

Article 3  The teaching competitions referred to in these measures refer to teaching competitions organized by teachers’ participation in government education departments or units at or above the provincial level。

Article 4  Definition of teaching competition award levels

(1) National level

By Ministry of Education、Organization of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security，And by including the Ministry of Education、Awards won in the final stage of a national competition jointly organized by multiple ministries including the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security。

(2) Provincial level

1.Awards won in the provincial finals of the national teaching competition。

2.By the Provincial Department of Education、Provincial Department of Human Resources sky bet login and Social Security Organization，And by including the Provincial Department of Education、Awards won in the final stage of a provincial competition jointly organized by multiple departments including the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security。

Chapter 4  Participation Management

Article 6 Teaching competition adopts project management。Each department focuses on process management，Responsible for formulating the overall plan for the competition，And implement it；The Academic Affairs Office focuses on target management，Responsible for the selection of school funding support projects、Coordination、Supervision work。

Article 7  Competition projects implement the project leader system，Project team members should have clear tasks and division of labor，No false pretense。

Article 8  Competition Sky Bet projects should be implemented strictly in accordance with the overall plan，The school funding support project should submit the overall project plan to the Academic Affairs Office，The Academic Affairs Office regularly inspects the progress of the project。

Chapter 5  Fund management

Article 9  The school establishes special funds for teaching competition projects，Approved competition projects，The school provides financial support for the competition。

Article 10  Teaching competition requires personal declaration、On-campus selection，Selected by experts organized by the school，Fund support will be provided according to key projects and general projects。Key projects are reported to the Dean’s Office Meeting，Adopt a case-by-case approach；The maximum amount of funding for general projects selected to participate in provincial competitions is3000yuan。The competition funds are mainly used for video shooting、expenses for expert consultation and other expenses。

Article 11Subsidy funds will be disbursed from the budget of each teaching unit，The shortfall will be funded by the school。

Article 12  After the competition，The person in charge of each project will summarize the relevant entry fee documents (reimbursement of travel expenses)，Submit together with the competition summary to the Academic Affairs Office for review、Approval by hospital leaders，Sky Bet app Within the upper limit of supported quota，Perform reimbursement procedures in accordance with the school’s current financial system，Processing financial settlement。

Chapter 6  Rewards

Article 14  Teaching competition award criteria: (unit: 10,000 yuan)

Note:1.For competition projects with special prizes，The special prize is regarded as the first prize，Other awards are in order。Gold Award、Silver Award、Bronze Award and Champion、Runner Up、The second runner-up is regarded as one、二、Third Prize。

2.Rewards will be counted and distributed based on winning projects，Do not accumulate by number of people；The same participating team (work) has won multiple awards in different levels of the same competition，Reward according to the corresponding standard of the highest amount。

3.Those who are approved to participate in other teaching competitions shall follow the above standards5%-10%Reward.

Article 15  The winning status of the teaching competition will be recorded in the teacher’s personal file，As its performance appraisal、Assessment indicators for first-rate evaluation。For the team leader who won the first prize in the national first-class competition，Appointment to a higher-level professional and technical position within one appointment period。

Article 16  After the end of each event，The project leader shall promptly submit a copy of the award certificate to the Academic Affairs Office for registration，And keep the copy for your records。Every year, before the end of the semester, each department will collect statistics and summarize the award-winning results of various competitions at all levels during the academic year，And organize the person in charge of the winning project to fill in the "Jiangsu Accounting Vocational College Teaching Competition Award Reward Application Form" (see attachment2），Report to the Academic Affairs Office for review，Rewards will be implemented after approval by the dean in charge。
