Chapter 1 Sky Bet Provisions

Chapter 2 Sky Bet Definition

Article 4Definition of teaching Sky Bet award levels

(1) National level

2.By the Provincial Department of Education、Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security Organization，And by including the Provincial Department of Education、Awards won in the final stage of a provincial Sky Bet jointly organized by multiple departments including the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security。

(3) Competitions organized by other departments shall refer to the above standards，Level approved by the Sky Bet Affairs Office，Submit to the dean in charge for approval。

Article 5Definition of teaching Sky Bet award categories

According to the organizational unit level of the Sky Bet 、Contest Nature、Participation aspects and levels、Award settings、Winning face、Contest content、Factors such as difficulty of Sky Bet ，Divide the Sky Bet into key support、Generally supports two types of entries。

The second type of Sky Bet refers to projects generally supported by the school，Including teaching committees affiliated with the Ministry of Education or receiving professional guidance from them、Vocational school teaching Sky Bet organized by the Executive Steering Committee and other organizations。

Chapter 3 Organization Sky Bet

Article 6Except for the first-class teaching competitions at all levels organized and participated by the school，Other teaching competitions that each department participates in based on teaching needs，All need to fill in the "Jiangsu Accounting Vocational College Teaching Sky Bet Project Application Form" (see attachment2），Report to the Academic Affairs Office for review，Implemented after approval by the leader of the hospital in charge。Approved teaching Sky Bet project，Implement rewards according to these management methods。Unapproved project，The funding is the responsibility of each department，Rewards are not implemented according to these management methods。

Article 7Teaching Sky Bet approved and agreed to participate，Each department should organize internal selection、Select the best；Teaching Sky Bet declared uniformly by the school，The school organizes on-campus selection，Select the best to participate。Relevant requirements are subject to the notice or documents of the year。

Chapter 4 Participation Sky Bet

Article 8Teaching Sky Bet adopts project management。Each department focuses on process management，Responsible for formulating the overall plan for the Sky Bet ，and implement it；The Academic Affairs Office focuses on target management，Responsible for the selection of school funding support projects、Coordination、Supervision work。

Article 9Sky Bet projects implement the project leader system，Project team members should have clear tasks and division of labor，No false pretense。

Article 10Sky Bet projects should be implemented strictly in accordance with the overall plan，The school funding support project should submit the overall project plan to the Academic Affairs Office，The Academic Affairs Office regularly inspects the progress of the project。

Chapter 5 Fund Sky Bet

Article 11Special expenses for the school’s teaching Sky Bet project,Approved Sky Bet projects，The school provides financial support for the Sky Bet ，Focus on supporting first-class Sky Bet projects at or above the provincial level (inclusive) with high levels and great social impact，Moderately organize and participate in the second category Sky Bet events.

Article 12Teaching Sky Bet requires personal declaration、On-campus selection，Selected by experts organized by the school，Fund support will be provided according to key projects and general projects。Key projects are reported to the Dean’s Office Meeting，Adopt a one-for-one approach；The maximum amount of financial support for team competitions in general events is3000yuan, the maximum amount of individual Sky Bet financial support is1500yuan。Participation funds are mainly used for registration fees、Conference fee、Expenses incurred during the Sky Bet such as polishing the work。The software required in the work must be verified by experts as necessary，Only before production，Reimbursement of actual expenses。

Article 13Teaching Sky Bet project approved by the school，It will be funded according to the following standards (the shortfall will be borne by the department’s budget):

1． Category 1 Sky Bet Project Funding100%。

2． Category II Sky Bet projects, national-level funding for entry fees50%;No provincial Sky Bet .

Article 14After the Sky Bet ，The person in charge of each project will summarize the relevant entry fee documents (travel expenses will be reimbursed in real terms)，Submit together with the Sky Bet summary to the Academic Affairs Office for review、Approval by hospital leaders，Within the upper limit of supported quota，Perform reimbursement procedures in accordance with the school’s current financial system，Processing financial settlement。

Chapter 6 Sky Bet

Article 15The award-winning level of the teaching Sky Bet is determined based on the certificate or document issued by the Sky Bet organizer，No rewards will be given to those who participate in competitions without school approval。

Article 16Teaching Sky Bet Award Criteria

3.Rewards are calculated and distributed based on winning awards，Do not accumulate by number of people；The same participating team (work) has won multiple awards in different levels of the same Sky Bet ，Reward according to the corresponding standard of the highest amount；The same participating team (work) won both the individual award and the team total score award in the same Sky Bet ，Rewards will be given according to the corresponding standards of the team’s total score award。

Article 17The winning status of the teaching Sky Bet will be recorded in the teacher’s personal file，As its performance appraisal、The basis for evaluating outstanding trees。

Article 18After the end of each event，The Sky Bet leader shall promptly send a copy of the award certificateReport to the Sky Bet Affairs Office for registration and keep the copy for record.Every year, before the end of the semester, each department will collect statistics and summarize the awards of various competitions at all levels during the academic year，And organize the person in charge of the winning project to fill in the "Jiangsu Accounting Vocational College Teaching Sky Bet Award Reward Application Form" (see attachment3), Sky Bet Reviewed by the Sky Bet Affairs Office, rewards will be implemented after approval by the dean in charge。

Chapter 7 Supplementary Provisions

Article 19During the implementation of this measure，Situations not stipulated in these regulations occur，Proposed by the Sky Bet Affairs Office，Report to the leader of the hospital in charge，Determined after discussion at the dean’s office meeting。

Article 20The Sky Bet Affairs Office is responsible for interpreting this method，Executed from the date of announcement。

Description: ①The application form should be filled in before the Sky Bet starts，Relevant Sky Bet documents to be participated in must be attached when submitting；

②Each Sky Bet item needs to fill in this form separately and print the paper version;

③This form is in duplicate，After approval by the school，Send a copy to the Academic Affairs Office，Keep one copy for yourself as the basis for reimbursement。The "Award Record" in the table shall be filled in by the Academic Affairs Office based on the award (honor) certificate after the Sky Bet ，As the basis for school commendations and awards。
