This award is divided into University Science and Technology Research Achievement Award、Three categories of University Philosophy and Social Science Research Achievement Award and Sky Bet Research Achievement Award。
(1) Sky Bet Scope
Academic works published within the specified year、Officially published paper、Authorized invention patent、Research reports adopted by relevant work departments or approved by leaders。Among them，University Science and Technology Research Achievement Award and Sky Bet Research Achievement Award during the first review，There is no requirement for the year in which the participation results are completed；The submission time for the University Philosophy and Social Science Research Achievement Sky Bet must be from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2015。
(2) Sky Bet conditions
The reported research results must meet the following basic conditions:

The application results must also meet other specific conditions according to the application category (see attachment 1 for details、2、3）。
2. Recommended quota
According to the requirements of Attachment 1-3，Our college can select the best to submit 1 University Science and Technology Achievement Award，5 social science achievement awards，1 Sky Bet Research Achievement Award。
3. Relevant requirements
1. The same research results are within the same Sky Bet yearYou can only apply for one category of the Sky Bet Province Educational Scientific Research Achievement Award，Not allowed to report simultaneously。Achievements that have won any of the awards，No more applications for other categories of Sky Bet Educational Scientific Research Achievement Awards are allowed。Won the first prize or below in a certain category，If there are no major innovations，Do not apply repeatedly for higher-level awards in this category。
2.The research results are jointly completed by more than 2 units or individuals，Declared by the first completer of the Sky Bet or the first completer。The main contributors to the results are generally no more than 5 people，The main completion units generally do not exceed 3。
