For each department, please go to the campus website www.jscfa.edu.cn download Sky Bet information form，Print the paper form and distribute it to each class，The head teacher of each class (or entrusted class cadre) organizes the students of this class to register and fill inElectronic Sky Bet form and paper Sky Bet form(Name in the table、The ID number must be exactly the same as the one on the ID card，Students who do not have an ID card can check their household Sky Bet book)，Collect Sky Bet fee on a class basis。
