Decision to amend the Sky Bet app Law of the People's Republic of China

The Eighth National People's Congress on July 5, 1996

Twentieth Meeting of the Standing Committee

The 20th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Eighth National People's Congress decided to make the following amendments to the Sky Bet app Law of the People's Republic of China:

一、The second paragraph of Article 16 is modified to read: “The files listed in the previous paragraph，Sky Bet app owners can deposit or sell them to the National Sky Bet app；Sold to any unit or individual other than the National Sky Bet app，Should be approved by the Sky Bet app administration department of the people’s government at or above the county level in accordance with relevant regulations，Reselling for profit is strictly prohibited，Strictly prohibited from selling or giving away to foreigners。”

二、Add a paragraph to Article 17 as the second paragraph: "When transferring assets of state-owned enterprises and institutions，The specific methods for transferring relevant Sky Bet app shall be formulated by the national Sky Bet app administration department。”

三、The second paragraph of Article 19 is modified to read: “The Sky Bet app shall regularly publish the catalog of open Sky Bet app，And create conditions for the use of Sky Bet app，Simplified procedures，Provide convenience。”

four、Article 24 is modified to read: “Having one of the following acts，By the Sky Bet app administrative department of the people’s government at or above the county level、The relevant competent authorities shall impose administrative sanctions on the directly responsible person in charge or other directly responsible persons in accordance with the law；Constituting a crime，Pursuing criminal responsibility according to law:”

(1) Damage or loss of state-owned files;

(2) Provided without authorization、Transcript、Announcement、Destroying state-owned files；

(3) Altering or forging files;

(4) Violation of Article 16 of this Law、Article 17，Selling or transferring files without authorization；

(5) Sell files for profit or sell files to、Gifted to foreigners；

(6) Violation of Article 10 of this Law、Article 11，Failure to file according to regulations or not transfer files on time；

(7) Knowing that the Sky Bet app being stored are in danger and failing to take measures，Causing file loss；

(8) Sky Bet app staff neglecting their duties，Causing file loss。

"In Sky Bet app using Sky Bet app，With the first item in the preceding paragraph、Second item、The third illegal act，Warning given by the Sky Bet app administrative department of the people’s government at or above the county level，Can also impose a fine；causing losses，Ordered to compensate for losses。”

“Enterprises, institutions, organizations or individuals have the fourth item in paragraph 1、The fifth illegal act，Warning given by the Sky Bet app administrative department of the people’s government at or above the county level，Can also impose a fine；Those with illegal gains，Confiscation of illegal gains；And may requisition the files sold or donated in accordance with the provisions of Article 16 of this Law。”

五、Add an article as Article 25: “Carrying files or copies of files prohibited from export out of the country，Confiscated by customs，Can also impose a fine；And transfer the confiscated files or their copies to the Sky Bet app administration department；Constituting a crime，Pursuing criminal responsibility according to law。”

This decision will come into effect from the date of promulgation.
