(2) Set qualifications、Technology、The business conditions are not compatible with the specific characteristics and actual needs of the Sky Bet app project or have nothing to do with the performance of the contract；

(5) Adopt different qualification Sky Bet app or evaluation standards for suppliers；

(8) Restricting or excluding potential suppliers with Sky Bet app unreasonable conditions。

Chapter 6 Questions and Complaints
